1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the YaYa application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This Service is intended for facilitating 1-to-1 ride requests between individuals or small commercial services.

2. The Service: YaYa is a technology platform that facilitates communication. We are not a transportation carrier, taxicab service, or common carrier. We provide a platform for communication between a **Requester** and a **Driver**; we do not provide, nor are we responsible for, any transportation services. **YaYa expressly disclaims all liability for commercial carriage, insurance, and compliance related to any transportation service provided by a Driver.**

3. User Conduct: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any ride you accept or request. The Service is intended for use between known contacts, friends, family, or pre-vetted small commercial services.

4. SMS & Data Charges: By using the Service, you agree to receive SMS messages (ride requests) from other users. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

5. Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive.

What We Collect:

• Phone Numbers: We collect your phone number and the phone numbers of the contacts you send ride requests to, solely for the purpose of facilitating the ride request via SMS.
• Location Data: We collect your precise location (latitude and longitude) when you request a ride, to be sent to your selected driver.

How We Use Your Data:

• To facilitate the core function of the app (sending a ride request with your location to your selected contact).
• To improve the functionality and performance of our Service.
• For internal analysis, research, and service improvement.

Data Sharing and Monetization:

We do not sell your personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name or phone number, or ride origin or destination address, to third parties.

To support the Service, we may in the future share or sell aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data with partners for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and other business purposes. This data will be scrubbed and will not contain any information that can be used to identify you personally.
